1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The client will provide the valuer with permission to access and inspect the property to be valued.
The valuer providing the valuation report is a Certified Practising Valuer and is an Associate member of the Australian Property Institute.
The valuation report is for the use only of the party to whom it is addressed and no responsibility is accepted to any third party for the whole or any part of its contents.
​2. DISCLAIMER
The valuation is current as at the date of valuation only.
The value assessed may change significantly and unexpectedly because of general market movements or factors specific to the particular property.
The valuer is not liable for losses arising from such subsequent changes in value.
The valuation report is not intended as a structural survey and is not to be construed as a survey report.
​3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The valuation report is not intended to constitute or to be relied upon as personal financial advice. The information contained in the valuation report does not constitute an offer to enter a legally binding contract. You should seek your own independent legal or financial advice before proceeding with any legally binding contract.
The client will hold and keep indemnified the Valuer against all actions, suits, proceedings, claims, demands, costs, and expenses whatsoever which may be taken against the Valuer in the course of, or arising out of the proper performance or exercise of any of the powers, duties or authorities of the Valuer by the use of the valuation report.
